Nurturing Nannies will strive to provide a service that promotes quality care and education for young children. We aim to cater for all children and their families within our diverse society to best suit their individual needs. To achieve this, we will regulate a high standard of criteria for which our staff will be expected to maintain.
The selection criteria will include:
| A minimum of two years experience working with children. | |
| A current First Aid Certificate | |
| Relevant criminal background screening through the NSW Commission for Children and Young People. | |
| Face to face interviews conducted by the directors of Nurturing Nannies, which will include a detailed inquisition to depict the individual's personal attributes such as nature of character, communication skills and grooming. Hypothetical scenarios will also be utilised to help determine their level of ability. | |
| Verification from both employment and personal referees. |
