STEP 1

Download a family registration form and Nanny Service Agreement (if there is a possibility you may need a casual babysitter, please also download the babysitting service agreement).

STEP 2

Complete and return the original signed forms to Nurturing Nannies, PO BOX 60, Locked Bag 3500, North Ryde, NSW 1670. (Nurturing Nannies will then return a copy for your personal records).

STEP 3

Contact us via email or phone to inform us of your requirements.

STEP 4

Nurturing Nannies will search their database for a suitable applicant and contact you with information regarding the applicant and arrange possible interviews.

STEP 5

Once an applicant has been accepted and starting dates are confirmed with the agency, the first payment of agency fees (half the total) is due (prior to the placement). Nurturing Nannies will then send out an employer’s package that will assist you with the employment process. A sample of a workplace agreement will be included in this package.

STEP 6

A four-week trial will be implemented allowing either party to cease employment during this period. Upon completion of the four-week trial, Nurturing Nannies must receive confirmation of the employer’s intent to continue employment. The second payment of agency fees (half the total) will be due and must be paid in order for the employment to continue.
